Gina Di Nola has been in the computer industry since 1987.  She has worked in the many branches of this field:  mainframe, network administration, installation and configuration, help desk, user training, software testing, military satellite testing, and as a college professor. 

 

Her qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Software Engineering.  In the interim, she obtained three professional certificates:

  • Computer Architecture
  • System Security
  • Software Engineering.

 

She is currently teaching the COMP129 PC Hardware and Software training with Lab for DeVry University Online.  This A+ preparatory course presents her students with the inticracies of computer hardware, software, troubleshooting, and customer service.

Awards

Gina was accepted for the Fellows program of the Inter-University Seminar on Armed Forces and Society. 

2004 Field Artillery Molly Pitcher Award for her extensive volunteer work with military families
2002 Secretary of Defense Certificate of Recognition for service during the Cold War
2002 Volunteer of the Year at Fort Hood, TX for support to military families.
